About
Bohemy Bowls was started in 2024 by owners Kellye and Mariah. The idea started a few months after we discovered how delicious Acai bowls were! We were both heavily focusing on nutrition at the time and thought Sevier County could use healthier food options. Our journey started at a small local farmer's market. The first day we set up for 5 hours and only sold 8 bowls. A few weeks later we sold 80 bowls within the same 5 hours. We started to realize quickly that this was a need in our community and we are thrilled to open our first Bohemy Bowls storefront in 2025 just one year after taking a chance at the farmer's market.
Mission
Bohemy Bowls strives to create a balance between healthy and delicious food. We have spent countless hours researching ingredients to bring the highest quality we could find so you can feel your best. We are proud to say our menu is predominantly gluten and dairy free.
Vision
We hope to make a positive impact in our community and would love to share the delicious Bohemy Bowls to other communities in the future if the opportunity is presented.
